Can MARPE actually make me look like an alien

My palette is line 35 mm, and I can't fit tongue on the roof of my mouth. So I'm afraid marpe can make me look smth like this

mine's 47.5mm and my face ain't too wide get marp it'll ascend you

First of all, the second pic looks better than the first pic

Second of all, MARPE isn't gonna get you results like this, nothing close
