can marpe change my nose?

i know that marpe can widen the base of the nose, but can it change how the tip appears? or like the projection? cuz like i think that marpe gives more support to the maxilla which also means a straighter nose.

Yes it does but it depends on how much your expanding, if you really want to change it do Marpe with face mask

yeah im already taking accutane but it only shrinks the nose it doesn’t make it straighter or up turned
