You seem to have transverse maxillary deficiency without having total facial transverse developmental deficiency.
Since your fwhr is already high at 2, i recommend not getting marpe, as it could increase it even more and make you look unharmonious.

did u measure ur fwhr in a right way?
If u aint want see any zygo changes then get sarpe lf1 or segmental lf1
