Can medial canthal tendon be repositioned after OBO

I've seen OBO results where the medial canthal tendon gets shorted after OBO.

Let's say something went wrong and the medial canthus does get shortened, are there revision surgeries to fix it?

i pmed cosmic a while ago and saw updated stuff etc etc, i dont think its a good result to base it on, it was performed the classic medical (cranial) way by a semi blackpilled surgeon who clearly was the first time attempting to perform it aesthetically

My main concerns with the OBO is that I would want everything to stay the way it is in my eye area and bizygomatic width, just 4mm more of IPD. I don't want anything to look unaesthetic or different.

I think I should just get my money up and just talk to RSM, instead of making these autistic threads asking these questions, when obviously RSM can answer all of my questions.

should have got your money up before opening your mouth about surgery, i did this in 2023/2024 then realized i need money, got money now stuck in consultation hell or surgeons who are too conservative, now its just a waiting process that cant be skipped, so get your money up

also with obo, i heard alot of the patient have a gay look or a weird look after, kinda like the lf2 leak, like, they look like normal people but at the same time they dont, and u cant put your finger on it

mhm, tbf tho to liam, i think the reason it looks off is because it just doesnt fit his pheno, i would'nt be suprised if the same before/after on a white dude would look normal and good
