Can men wear a hairband if you have long hair?

My sunglasses aren't tight enough.
But i don't want people to think that i'm a faggot.
I've read it's only ok if you wear one which got the same color as your hair.

i cant do slickbacks since my hair just reverts back to a side part and i am lazy to buy hair products so i just use a hairband and shit it ascends me so hard and no one thinks i am a faggot
