Can mewing worsen an overbite?

I have an overbite. Although it isn't noticeable I still have a feeling the mewing might be the case that I feel as though my overbite is getting worse. Please help. Much appreciated.

You’ll have to speak to your orthodontist as that’s the only way to make a noticeable difference
Twin blocks, aligners with mandibular advances, braces with elastics
