Can mid face randomly grow?

I hope I'm not imagining things, because I noticed after I got braces + 4 wisdom teeth removal done, + 1-2 months on MK677, my mid face seems longer... and my chin seems shorter.
What I mean by mid face is basically the length between mouth/lips to eyes or eyebrows, I swear to god it used to be shorter. I highly suspect MK and wisdom teeth removal, either the MK actually grew my face (which most people disagree, saying mk is not strong enough), or it's the wisdom teeth removal.

have u gotten blood tested at the 2 month mark for mk, just to see if diabetes or something’s coming up

i got 1.06, its on compact side yet it somehow looks long, ig cuz im bloated asf

I think HGH increases the length of the maxilla(midface). thats why Ive seen some of my friends on HGH saying that their face seems longer after they started increasing their HGH levels. I'm not sure though. would like y'all's thoughts on this
