Most normies would have to slightly upgrade most of their face, which would mess up their harmony. However if you have striking features already and 1 or 2 failos that bring you to normie tier, it might work

I've been looking at alot of transformations and this is not cope but I believe yes for the majority of mid tier normies cl is possible but the lower end of cl. But this can be possible only sometimes through leforts
