can midface implants really be an alternative for lefort to fix maxilla recession

like there’s no way anybody here is gonna be getting a lf2/lf3 so I’m wondering can recession of the maxilla truly be fixed with midface implants i.e. paranasal, infras etc

heard pagnoni was the best for this stuff but haven’t really seen many results
