CAN MILD PTOSIS be fixed with MUSCLE STRENGTHENING EXCERSISES?

These are my eyes as u can see the left one "droops" more and has LESS hooding, I also noticed while doing eyebrow raises (the shit the rock does) I can keep my left one down while my right brow can go up but i cant really lift my left brow while my right brow down so my left can go up.

just optimize everything else in your life and give it 6 months

shit like this usually goes away with age

this doesn’t look like mild, it’s a bit more than mild but not severe, it will 100% get better with training eye muscle but remember , just like any other muscle u have to keep training it and giving it rest days, make sure it’s not palate aysemtry, I have that with a narrow palate so obviously marpe will fix it

son, wider side of the palate on one side?? Also narrow palate, zygos and infras aren’t pushed out, and trust me narrow palate affects that alllllot, palate asymmetry just means one side of your maxilla is pushed more outward changing how zygos + infras appear, so one side drooping could be a sign of palate asymmetry and probably is
