Can minox grows new hairs?

Always had a high hair line; im not balding as many said but i wish to “lower “ the hairline a bit.
Rn ofc im doing eyebrows and beard and also trying over the forehead where there are those little white hairs.
I don’t want to be delusional

some of these white hairs might eventually turn in to normal hairs or might not.

Literacy skills non-existent. 'Little white hairs.' Carl, are they glued on? Or are they growing out of a FOLLICLE.
 
Minoxidil cannot. Valproic acid, stemoxydine, and weekly microwounding + lithium chloride can.

Any vellus hairs that grow wherever mioxidil is not applied will not be terminal. It's just an uncommon side-effect. Ive also been applying to lower my hairline for 1 year and nothing happened

cope, why dont i just use minoxidil instead of hair transplant or hair lowering surgery theory

I also have a high hairline. by default.
I have not manged to lower that with minox. I did manage to stop muh balding process and re-gain 0.5 NW of reciding that happened due to balding
