Can moles make someone lose PSL points?

Even ppl with lots of facial moles don't seem to be really affected by them looks-wise:

I have some moles, even a characteristic one to the right side of my nose, that's why I'm asking if moles can actually make you look uglier or if they're simply not that big of a deal.

I think yeah it actually does due to the fact it ruins harmony.
Like the skin is all smooth and silky and out of nowhere boom a mole, anyone that looks at your face will get instinctively attracted to look at it constantly.

Yes, the only reason it works for celebrities is because they are statusmaxxed enough that looking bad won't effect them too much. But for ordinary people who haven't statusmaxxed a mole is a death sentence.

A mole is a skin/facial imperfection, ofc it's going to drop PSL.
