It doesn’t matter to most of them.

But yes some of them can tell,some.

Beard makes a lot of guys more attractive then they can be.I don’t have one but it works for many guys.

Im debating if i wanna get a genioplasty done first so i can stop beardfrauding, or fix my subhuman harmony killer nose and just keep beardfrauding until i save for genio

depends on the rest of the face tbh if you have 10/10 bones besides lower third(like cheekbones infras supras etc.)they probably will just assume your lower third is also good
