Can MSE fix asymmetry ?

One side of my face is lower ear, cheekbone and eye. Was thinking if it fix it by balancing my bone. Any thoughts? What do expect from it? Planning in getting it if it will assist in any way.

MSE expands your face in horizontal way, not vertical. I doubt it can fix asymmetry you described in first post.

Doubt they can fix eye, ear and mouth asymmetry. Go and consult with some maxillofacial doctor, they can give u better anwsers.

If anything it’d give you more asymmetry because its going laterally and sometimes one side of the cheek expands more. Bone Anchored FacePulling will help with asymmetry not MSE
