Can MT2 cause psoriasis?

So before ordering MT2 for my use, I've been wondering if MT2 can bring back psoriasis since I had it during my childhood and according to ChatGPT it can indirectly cause it works with the same skin cells to trigger it again? My dad is highly against it because he believes it will be reappear back again.

idk im just scared that he might be right since there was never any evidence or anyone they experimented with who had psoriasis when they were younger
