im too low iq too understand, brutal. but i had braces and shit and i have invsalign behind my bottom teeth and im
pretty sure my bite is good, idk how i got a recessed chin both of my parents have strong chins

I follow salludons routine. 5 min on chin and 5 min on each zygo that's the routine, although I don't do zygos, not yet atleast.
I've adapted a technique mixing both swiss and Astro's bonesmashing.
Basically I use a tool that's not as dense as a hammer and alternate both hands for symmetry. So 2:30 right 2:30 left for the chin. I hit the front then the low part of the chin. I do the points of the chin aswell to get a more robust chin. Use something that has leverage aswell.
