Can my eye area be salvaged even with surgery?

So I was thinking I might get a blepharoplasty to fix my UEE, because it seemed like the biggest failo, but wouldn’t that make them even more circular and prey-ish?

If I had smaller eyelids, they would be even less narrow and more bug eyed, not to mention the undereye lacks some support too, not to mention the obvious asymmetry.

I think a good cantho would would fix most of the issues if there was no scar

I'd do UEE filler and thicken eyebrows tbh. Canthoplasty results also look weird to me if the patients didn't have droopiness before

i don't think there is scar , look for italian surgeons (graziani , bernardini) they do decent lateral canthos with temporal / cheek lift

Oh nvm they kind of are droopy. But even post canthoplasty/canthopexy/lower eyelid retraction results the lower eyelid has a little bit of curvature so I thought it wouldn't be worth the price. I've haven't seen any after pics where the patient had like top-tier, straight lower eyelids but I may be wrong
