Can my eyes be "saved" if I train them?

I mean if my eye area could be saved by I train my orbital muscles, eyelidpull and eyebrowpull.(eyelidpull like pulling the eyelid literally and eyebrowpull like pulling the skin where my eyebrows are located.) Also I don't know if I should buy minoxidil(idk which type) or castor oil for my eyebrows because they are utter dogshit.

You cannot train your soft tissues to cause this kind of effect on your eyes.
