There is no single person in my moms side that is bald, same with father side. But i already have male pattern baldness pattern and thining hair and i'm 19. My life was pretty stresfull and i spend a lot of time in front of screen. I used to not wash my hair for like 5-6 days all my life. I had thick healthy long hair all my teen life but now its getting so much worse. I started to wash them properly and massage them but i dont plan to hop on minoxidil for now. My question is, since im sure that i have this problem because a lot of sreen time and not caring about my hair properly rather than genetic issues, is there hope that it will grow back normally again after i finish my puberty and i start to care about them properly and stuff.
