Can ND status be frauded?

I'm ND and high inhib, and I've noticed attempting to circumvent my ND status is prettty much impossible. Even though I'm actually high inhib I've gone out of my way to purposely talk more and try to be more spontaneous, but in the end that doesn't work. Because I may try to fit in but my ND is for some reason very obvious despite that, people can just tell I give off the unmistakeable notion of an autist loser. Is ND unfraudable so to speak?
