can neckcels fix their frame?

this doesn't really matter to me that much but how can a neckcel fix their frame? cuz there really isn't that much on these forums (there prob is i js DNR any of them) and i js haven't heard much people how they can fix their how close their torso is to their chin (or js reducing neck length by decreasing the vertical distance between the shoulders and the bottom of the chin).

now that i think about it would getting a larger chin work since it would visually decrease distance from the shoulders and skull?

Train your neck,clavicles and fix your posture. You can also wear shit that covers ur neck.
