i vape a lot and have done for years, i’ve heard it restricts blood flow and all that, but idk if it would make a difference to do with erections, anyone know?

Yes, Huberman spoke about that specifically. I think it’s a pretty slight difference though. If you’re not having noticable issues you’re fine. But you might get harder (which would mean a bit bigger) erections if you quit.

tbh my erections are weird it’s rare i get fully erect honestly but when i do i’m almost 7’ maybe it will get me to the mark if i quit

I’d recommend you get the bathmate dick pump. I’ve been using it on and off for years and whenever I’m in the habit of using it my erections are harder and a bit bigger.
