eggs from chickens that are fed grains and soy are high in pufas, even the most expensive organic eggs you find in the supermarket are fed ''organic grains'' and ''organic soy'' it's a total scam the best would be to raise your own chickens

I eat 1-2 a day I think it's my biggest source of pufas it can't be the worst thing ever the nutrition makes up for it
