Can only get 80% hard on Dutasteride

Same. You have to deal with it. I use vasodilators to make it normal but dut is worth it still

First 2 weeks increased libido - slight ball ache
Then after that I got insomnia (I can fall asleep but sleep quality is reduced)
Weaker erections, watery semen.

What should I do???????

When you block DHT ur T slightly increase which can slightly increase estrogen
An AI is an aromatase inhibitor blocks T conversion to Estrogen like how fin blocks T conversion to DHT. High estrogen decreases sex drive and erections.

at such a low dose you probably dont have estrogen level changes its too low to see an affect the lack of DHT probably decreased your androgen profile.

I can't use Minoxdil because it raised my Tinnitus level when I first used it... Not to mention dark under eye circles...

nah most people get side effects from it after 1-2 months of using.
