Can ortho fix my slight deep bite without bringing my face back?

I have a nice case of a deep bite which makes my chin appear shorter. Right now my lower incisors are about 50% covered by my upper teeth, while they should only cover the tips. Now as I see it there are 2 options. Either bring my upper teeth back or my lower teeth forward, which can ortho do?
