To fix slight malocclusion and recessive chin (age 17)
@RealSurgerymax @Sergio-OMS

I went to an orthodontist and he said it could work if I wore it for a year or more, maybe upto age 21 but there were no guarantees

"work" is a very undefined and subjective verb in this context.

he suggested it to me before considering surgery
Work as in a few mms change with I guess would reverse atleast half of it. My malocclusion is mild so I don't think it should be a big problem

don't waste your time with those torture devices, get surgery when you're 18

I've had an appliance to correct overbite (was clueless back then so I agreed), it was 10 times worse than braces and I still ended up with a bit of relapse

surgery = better aesthetics, less relapse, less annoying

"a few", "I guess", "half of it" (what is "it"? the double of "a few mm", I guess)

"mild", again...

He can have surgery know, unless there is a legal thing about the age.

I assume his orthodontist was just as vague because he knows those appliances tend to do jackshit at that age but he can still make $$

How much weight can you load up the bollards with? I read this interview and this doesn't seem very optimistic:

Isn't there a better alternative which can sustain more force?

Classic orthodontist scam. Maybe with MSE + bollards can do something
