Can Orthognathic surgery save me?

hi i got punched in the nose and few years ago and it gave me a deviated septum which completely destroyed my nose and breathing and i became a mouth breather for a few years and it completely ruined my jaw. I just got a septoplasty surgery to fix the deviated septum but it just redeviated and now i need another surgery. So i am trying to get septoplasty and jaw surgery at the same time. I also am suffering from very bad sleep apnea because of my jaw and i am going to get a sleep test soon. Do you guys think its over for me. My life is miserable right now and i feel like jaw surgery is the only thing that could fix my life.
It’s probably just over bruh im 16 and 5’11
What can i do..

But yes jaw surgery could save some def, but you need something more aswell, atleast infras i would say. And your nose seem bulbous, it can be skin thickness which is hard to make better unless you rebuild it with rib cartiallge

I mean jutting 10 mm underbite is not that common for sure. He has hyper mobility, which is not so common

Ye idk my jaw is just super fucked up my maxilla is hella recessed and like its kinda annoying to chew my food because my tounge is to big

i had a massive overbite but i got Invisalign and it brang my teeth all the way down and i dont like where my teeth are right now at all.

Starting from upper third you're receding so you need to hop on fin/dut and minoxidil, dye your brows with darker shade, your cheekbones are not wide enough (palate expander is your solution or sarpe), nose is big and deviated (asian rhinoplasty and septoplasty after getting palate eexpander) , philtrum is long and lips are uneven (lip lift surgery and lip widening), teeth are yellow and crooked (braces and veneers or look up teeth whitening by pneumo guide), chin is short (chin implant), the side profile can be fixed with trimax and ccw rotation surgery, the ramus can get taller with growing up or getting ramus implants, the neck is very thin so I recommend increasing testosterone and training it

Yea save up 100k euro for surgeries that will take 10 years to execute. Good job bro, his life just become so much better. Now he might have a better life in his thirties if he dont get botched in all the surgeries

Im for sure going to get palate expander then orthognathic surgery with septoplasty and then after get a rhinoplasty. I should look alright after those right? Idk
