If u want no bs no cope advice
1- skincare
Stuff like tretinoin, salicylic acid, zinc serum, adapalene gel.
2- eating better (you dont need to eat that healthy just stop eating shit and eat normal food.)
Stop consuming dairy (cheese, milk, etc)
3- hygiene
Stop touching your fucking face with your fingers
change pillow covers EVERY WEEK
Dont pop your pimples.
Its that simple
