yeah that is true but you could read books im not talking about the “irl primal stay away from screens” it could also be online but my point is to just gain more knowledge be more knowledgeable. Or go to the gym. Those are what i do. Then when im finished with those or homework i just spend the time i have left to scroll on tiktok or go on here because its fun.
