Can people with a normal/healthy bite (teeth aligned/normal jaw position) even jut

I have over bite + rotated/flat incisors so i cant know lol. Like arent the upper incisors in front of the lower ones? And even like yk "hooding" them? Ik this sounds retarded but im genuiely wondering. And if not can they like clench their incisors together?

only my lower third is super forward grown.

but no that's not the reason, the jaw muscles seem to pull it back as soon as I stop tensing it if I push it forward.

yes, my jaw is very forward grown and my bite is good, kinda similar to orc but less bone mass
