Can people with a weak lower third look better showing forehead?

I thought that because I have like a slightly bigger forehead than a normal person + a weak recessed chin I should have bangs, but today I noticed that my face looks a lot more feminine when I do that, because when I show my forehead I think it distracts the attention from the weak chin ¿

I'm unsure about this topic, when do you think its better to show or hide forehead??

I think it does work I used to do this before but now I just don’t care enough
