can pink eye/styes make you go from neutral to NCT?

it seems like i went from a slightly postitive/neutral canthal tilt (with symmetrical eyes) to a negative canthal tilt (asymmetrical eyes). it's almost clear in pictures that this occurred, however, i feel like on my part this could be some sort of bias, is this ^ even possible?
