can positively tilted glasses give the illusion of pct?

i personally look like a zombie without glasses and everyone says i look better with them. (big nct)

i tried shitty tiktok filters on my face and positively tilted frames seem to give more of a pct look and hide nct very slightly.
could it be potential looksmax for bad eye area?

i was thinking about this the other day, they are probably a decent looksmax for ipd/nct/infracels
