Depends on genes + surgeries imo.
Check out Pierre Boo on Yt. This guy is 37 but i think that he is a rare exception.I's still possible though but not for all prettyboys.

What about chico? He went from chad to htn (with mustache). And timothee chalamet is like 5psl in his best pics but looks good for 27. Aging genetics and lifestyle also are important
