depends on what signs your body is showing,increase in hunger,any sudden growth spurts and facial hair or your happy trail starting to show up could indicate you hit your puberty and it mostly remains until you reach 16-18 usually when you reach height potential.

I’m not worried about my height, just my face, when will it actually change I’ve heard it doesn’t stop until 20s and also heard it stops teen years

Your body will develope alot still, well. There is a reason why even if u got fake id you wouldnt get into bars at the age of 15. Because u look like a child even though u dont see it.
