why should he BOTHER with cooking when when it's raw it's easier?

Heme-iron is not found in raw dairy or eggs. On top of that, they are relatively low in zinc and other minerals. I'd treat them like a supplement, rather than a properly nourishing food.

Not everything, but they're literally closest to ideal food with all nutrients, much closer than meat

Not saying meat is bad, but from nutrient perspective, it's a worse choice
