Yes, because very few people are not recessed. To 'not be recessed' you need perfect development. Which 99.9 percent of people dont have

For the 100th time, his lower maxilla and cheekbones are not recessed. His recession is isolated only in his midface. He also has a top 1% jaw that provides additional skin stretching.
