Can removing the wisdom teeth fuck up your jaw and face?

My jaw has probably a bit too little space for my wisdom teeth, will getting them removed fuck up my jaw in the long run and are there alternatives?

Not removing them if it's needed( no room shoved into your other teeth not fully formed) will fuck up your jaw and face way more then leaving them there ever would. Like 80% of people have to have them removed or they never existed. Do 80%+ people have a deformed jaw now? No. Make sure you keep your teeth you have now healthy with no root canals. The root is the only way to generate stem cells and keep bone in your jaw. Yes it would be the best case to have your wisdom teeth but do not try to keep them or Leave them there when there's no chance for them to come out. It will destroy the teeth next to them. Can lead to infection and infections can spread to the blood and you'll die. Also can lead to bone loss in jaw leaving impacted teeth to sit.
