Is there any evidence that Retatrutide can harm bone density? or is the bone problems that some people develop on GLP1s from under eating calories, micros, and protein?

Will it make you into a boneless twink?

I'm on the fence on if I should take it for my summer cut or do it naturally, need high IQ input please.

Yeah, eating properly doesn't even matter. The prolonged GLP-1 receptor agonism allegedly throws off the RANKL/OPG equilibrium in trabecular bone, triggering accelerated osteoclastic activity and causing your skeleton to demineralize at roughly 3× the normal rate regardless of quality of food intake.

that's bullshit show me the human study that says 3x demineralization regardless of diet. doesn't exist. you're confusing acute RANKL/OPG signaling from cell studies with real world outcomes. weight loss itself causes some bone turnover, but loading and nutrition absolutely matter. eat at maintenance with high protein and lift heavy, your bones adapt. starve and sit still, they don't. glp1s don't bypass mechanotransduction stop fearmongering nigger

Bros talking about lift heavy as if it will save him lmaoo holy cope. Mechanotransduction is unavaliable all you low iq retards just fail to take a bit of extra time to look into ts
