Can retin a fix excessive oil production and pore size?

Been on Tret for a about 1-2 weeks as it seems as if my face is becoming more oily? What other things can i add to my skin routine ? Im using BB cream right now to mask it whenever i go out ( Matte finish and made for oily skin )
