The problem stems from upper maxilla. Getting a nosejob as man is the most faggot thing u can da if ur not a negroid with a baboon nose. Supraorbital implants may help too in ur case

Ofc yes the maxilla is my problem I was just thinking a rhino would make my face look lesser recessed from the side

yeah but I’m not trying to get a lefort for my upper jaw I would rather get rhino so looks leased recessed and my supras aren’t an issue mainly if I get I good straight nose from side profile I’ll be in the upper tiers

From the front I don’t look recessed even my nose looks great frontally fat graft is better instead of infra implants because I don’t trust big surgeries and my infras are slightly recessed lol
