Secondly, you are correct to note that an alar base reduction is what you need. I think that your nose aside from that is fine and you should keep it as is. As such, an alarplasty should suffice your needs. This is something that a lot of surgeons suck at, so you really want to go to someone who specialises in this.

Do you happen to know of any renowned surgeons in this field? I honestly have no clue how to even begin searching for one. I’ve been saving up for a while, assume all expenses could be paid, what would you recommend, in and out of the US?
