Honestly I don’t think its hogh roi for the fact that people compliment my eyes and my relationships girls told me that’s the best feature I got. Im just gonna max the brows/lashes till this level and green eye color fraud

If I may comment, I believe Orbital Implants (Such as Supra and Infra's) can also be a viable option without as much risk involved.

Implant's fraud his orbital area forward, eyes look more sunken in, eyebrows push downward's, ect.
Linoob is a great example, if you look at his Drop-down Supraorbital Implants, they overlap his eyes, indicated by the spacing between the Orbital Bone and the Implant.

Obviously Orbital Decompression is a great option, but people are scared about the risk (likely due to the problem of Frank Tufano and Dr. Mehryar Taban), So Implant's can be a secondary.

Linoob got Chin Implants (iirc) and Jaw Angle Implants, his Infra's look a bit out of place due to their sheer size compared to the Mandible and Nose.

OD is safe if it’s lateral wall decomp + fat. OP most likely needs it

Yeah op has very very bad supras that don’t even cover his eyes,he needs od and supras + infra implants
