Can rhino make too upturned nose normal

Yeah of course they can do basically anything. Just google it for yourself you will see examples. All I will say is, if you're a man do NOT get a super feminine nose, it looks awful. Get something straight, strong and fitting of your face

Yes but it's much more difficult because they have to graft cartilage to the nose. It is harder to add something than it is to take away.
