Yes, if your surgeon doesn’t know what he’s doing. There hasn’t been a documented case of blindness otherwise yet. Just retards opening their mouths.

Since they sit under the eyeball, it is possible if they migrate they could damage your eyes / nerves and result in that
They won't migrate if screwed in right?

1. It can’t migrate
2. It doesn’t sit under the eyeball or somehow touches the orbital floor
