Similar to what was done to blacks in the United States, how the whites used to force the strongest male slave with the strongest boned women slave and they'd produce effective and efficient baby slaves that would grow up to be big and strong. The effects still leak out till this day.

How do you convince people and normalize the idea of breeding and reproducing with someone who is genetically formidable and also compatible with their own genetics?
Women by default already have this picking mechanism by default, they go for tall and handsome men (handsome=developed) but I think the problem is handsome and developed dudes nuking their genetics with some genetically unfortunate chick. Girls dont have this problem of picking a less fortunate and undeveloped dude, but they have a issue of ruining very good looking men's genetics for the survival of their own.
