Your infra orbitals might be recessed or your parents probably have bad under eyes that's why and the only thing I can advice you is fat transplant

Yes they are recessed. And my maxilla is flat and my mother has crazy dark circles. But increasing the collagen in the area would help a bit right?

I think tretinoin and vit c can fix it. I have been using tret from skinorac for my face and under eyes along with AA in the mornings and la roche posay's spf50 and its enough for me so I guess that will help you too.
