Can skeletal palate expansion increase pfl / orbit size?

Also, how do you know If your orbit width is decent enough?

I got 2.1 there (though my eye aspekt ratio is moderate 2.9 ish), but I only have like 0.19 pfl to bizygo im worried my orbits are too small cuz i also have 1.1 icd but i have ideal esr at 0.465
Your eye aspect is good. Your esr is in the lower end of the ideal range. These are all fine measurements
No, but it can increase bizygomatic width, which will affect fwhr and esr

Only length you need to measure in your eye area is the palpebral fissure length. Divide it by the corneal diameter, and you'll get the eye aspect ratio; anything above 1.5 is ideal

Yes exactly, basically the eye height
