Could it actually adapt to certain conditions like the skin on our hands or feet?

Ive been experimenting on my skin for a year now and Ive seen some results in a short period of time

For context, my skin is oily and large pored and in between sensitive and not.

Back then I would be using all types of skincare products ranging from different soaps, cleansers, toners, moisturizers, and etc..

My skin got so oily and sensitive to the point a single touch from my hand gets it pimples, and thats when I started to use my dads soap, kojic—its like a chinese? Whitening soap made from papaya maybe and is very harsh on the skin and makes it dry

When I first started using it my face would still be pretty oily but it started to lessen more, over the days of using it my skin and letting it sit for 30 seconds to a minute there were some changes

Changes like skin shedding, pimples are drying out, and itchy skin. Though I was experiencing those I didnt stop using it, I also started to walk home from school and just torture my face with the sun (my class ended by 11:30pm) because I thought it would help my skin adapt to the uv rays of the sun somehow by exposing it to the sun for 10 minutes

After a few weeks, my mom bought me moisturizer because she mustve seen me using the kojic soap. So I started using it, thats where most of the changes started to happen

My routine would be showering with cold water, use the kojic, let it sit, rinse, rub my fingers throughout my face, use the soap again and rinse, then after going out to school, walk under the sun, get home, same routine of washing face but using moisturizer after, then Id do this again for the last time before going to sleep by 10pm

My skin somehow began to glow and be clear, for almost 7 months now Ive had clear skin besides having some sebum on my chin tho Ive had this since I was like 8 and even if I try to remove it, it comesback

Ive asked chatgpt if skin on the face could adapt, and all it said to me was because my skin was still youthful, and repairs fast because of the collagen and the shit Id be doing would just damage it by the time Im 20, basically gpt saying the shit im doing is bs

But is this really Bs? Is my skin just adapting or is it really because Im still young and 'youthful' would my routine actually damage my face in the long run? Even though its kept my face clean and good for a long time now

I need answers because this has been a big question for myself for some time now—does skin actually adapt to certain conditions or is it all bullshit

Ohh alright, though is it just not because of me being young? Will this routine actually affect my face in the long run?

It wont change your genetic make up, 90% of skin problems are diet related too.
