Can skincare products stunt growth. (I'm 16)

My older cousin said that the micro-chemicals in the skincare products I use can stunt my height growth. ( I am 16 and I have a very basic skincare routine btw) I really don't think that it can be true, because I just put them on my skin. What is your opinion about this?
